My Fjallraven Skogso jacket has pretty much become my go-to bushcraft, gardening and outdoor work jacket. It has proven to be tough, durable and very comfortable. Whether hiking in Dovedale or camped out in the woods, this jacket has done exactly what I needed to do.
I also love the amount of attention to detail that has gone into the jacket, from the placement of the hem drawcord (inside the handwarmer pockets) to the tasteful branding on the buttons and zips. Now I know the price is somewhat steep, but if you’re looking for a mild-weather bushcraft jacket that is both comfortable and durable I think you would struggle to find anything better.
