Helping you do more of what you love

Making a living in the outdoors isn’t easy and starting out alone can be pretty daunting.
When I first started out as a freelance Forest School leader, I knew roughly where I wanted to go, I just didn’t know how to get there. The why was easy but the how was much more difficult. Whether it was gaining skills and knowledge or learning how to build a business, I felt like I was having to reinvent the wheel at every turn.
From activity plans and risk assessments to marketing and content production, there was so much to learn before things could even start to get off the ground. Thankfully, I met some amazing people who have helped me learn, grow and build Bracken Outdoors.
Now my mission is to help you build the skills, knowledge and confidence in both business and bushcraft to be able to build your ideal life in the outdoors as a Woodland Leader.

Below are some resources that I hope will help you on your journey
