There is certain data that Bracken Outdoors may need to gather (chiefly through the booking forms) for the purpose of delivering the activities and events that we offer. This may include personal details (name, age, medical conditions/allergies, additional needs etc.) as well as relevant contact details to distribute information about the sessions and in case of emergency. Your data will only be used for the purposes outlined above, is considered private and confidential and will not be shared with third parties.


Bookwhen

The data collected through the Bookwhen platform is stored on secure servers and access to the information is password protected and limited to authorised users. To ensure efficient access to information in the case of an emergency, a session register with key information and contact details may be printed off and a kept on-site during the session. Access to this information will be limited only to those with a responsibility for the attendees safety and well-being.

Newsletter

Bracken Outdoors collects your email and name through either the newsletter sign-up form which can be found at www.brackenoutdoors.com or through opting in to further communications when booking an activity through Bracken Outdoors. This is solely for the purpose of distributing the Bracken Outdoors Newsletter to inform subscribers on content, activities or opportunities that may be relevant to them. This may include marketing for other organisations within the outdoor industry at the discretion of Bracken Outdoors, however, we seek to do your best to only offer information that is in the best interests of our subscribers.

Your data is stored securely on servers owned and maintained by Mailchimp® or MailerLite®, Bracken Outdoors’ access to this data is limited to authorised users belonging to the Bracken Outdoors content production team and is protected by a 2-factor authentication process.
