Woodland Adventure Days at Warley Woods

Small-group holiday sessions where children learn real outdoor skills, take on challenges, build confidence and come home muddy, tired and full of stories.

Sessions delivered in partnership with Wild Lives Forest School

WHAT THE DAY FEELS LIKE

These are hands-on woodland days with a balance of structure and freedom. We come with activities planned, but allow the day to unfold around the group — whether that’s building shelters, cooking on the fire, learning tool skills or exploring the woods together.

The older groups especially focus on growing independence, responsibility and ownership as the day develops.

All of our sessions include:

🔥 Fire lighting
🍞 Campfire cooking
🪓 Tool use
⛺ Shelter building

Bushcraft instructor helping child blow an ember into a flame as siblings look on.
