- Google Workspace – email and business records
- Xero – financial records and invoices
- MailerLite – newsletter subscriptions
- Secure password-protected computers and mobile devices
- Secure online incident reporting systems
Access to personal information is limited to authorised individuals who require it for legitimate business purposes.
Where paper records are temporarily used during activities (for example emergency contact information), they are stored securely and disposed of confidentially once no longer required.

Bracken Outdoors treats personal information as confidential.

- with schools or commissioning organisations where appropriate to the service being delivered
- with emergency services if required during an emergency

Freelance staff working on behalf of Bracken Outdoors will only have access to information necessary for them to carry out their role safely.

As part of maintaining safe, ethical and effective practice, Bracken Outdoors participates in professional clinical supervision.
Where case discussions take place, information is anonymised or pseudonymised wherever possible so that individuals cannot be identified. Information is shared only where necessary for professional reflection and supervision and remains confidential.

Bracken Outdoors only sends newsletters and marketing emails to individuals who have chosen to receive them.
